YAEDAONE • THA CARTER IV

The number one album that inspired me to make music and share music the way I do would be Tha Carter IV. From top to bottom, this was my favorite album. At the time, I can honestly say there was nobody doing it like Wayne in the music industry. The vibes were unmatched on this project and, to me, it was perfect to a T. It made me wanna be different and have a different approach to music. For example, I feel like nobody hit a song like “How To Love” since “Brenda’s Got A Baby” (not comparing the two). Although I was young when it first came out, I still listen to it ‘til this day and that album is the reason why I create music the way I do.
